Artemis Plastics has recently added a new 197-TON injection molding press to their manufacturing floor. This new press is a great addition to their current line-up of presses under 400 tons. It’s well suited for creating small, intricate parts. The 197-ton press has improved Artemis Plastics’ ability to meet production needs. And it is now available to serve our partners in the medical and industrial sectors. The new press can deliver as little as 40-tons of clamping force and can reach a maximum force of 197-tons.

With the addition of a brand new 1,200 TON press, Artemis Plastics, an injection molder, has expanded capabilities and now offers injection molding services on its 14 horizontal and vertical presses ranging in size from 14 – 1,200 TONS.

The new 1,200 TON press has been added to the factory floor so that Artemis may produce larger products. Artemis Plastics has recently expanded its Class 8 Clean Room. The injection molding company now offers 1,000 square feet of certified Class 8 Clean Room space in addition to a climate controlled room of over 1,000 square feet.

Expansion of this space allows the company to better serve partners in need of medical device assembly and packaging. The larger Class 8 Clean Room permits Artemis to work with more partners in tandem, as well as more quickly serve partners in need of a higher rate of production.

Capabilities inside the 1,000 square foot Class 8 Clean Room include, but are not limited to, solvent bonding, ultrasonic welding, pressing, sub-assembly, full assembly, and packaging such as pouching.
