We manufacture injection molding component of medical devices, which includes delivery devices (syringes, barrels, caps, hubs, etc.)
This includes:
- Injection mold plastics components
- Source the metal component
- Ultrasonic wash the components
- Assemble the devices
- Package and label the devices
- Manage the sterilization
We work with customers on all the validations, PPAP and other regulatory requirements to comply with the FDA.

This includes medium to high volume injection molded components such as components for closet systems, gardening tools, stackable gardening pots, and propagation trays.
Our capabilities include:

- Over molding

At our customer’s request, we can leverage these capabilities to customize devices and products.
We can also handle customer’s final packaging.
