Secondary Operations

We offer secondary services designed to enhance the value of your projects and parts. Our production team is ready to serve your company and is committed to ensuring that every finished product meets your specifications and exceeds expectations, leveraging our comprehensive set of optional services:

  • Process of heating a material to a high temperature for a period of time before allowing it to cool down. It helps the material to relax, increase its ductility, reduce its hardness, and makes the plastic more workable.

  • Process where a pre-dried ink or foil is transferred to a part using a heated stamp. Hot stamping can be used to add logos, color accents, or instructional information.

  • Process used to transfer a 2D image onto a 3D object using a silicone pad. This process can be used to add multi-colored graphics or lettering to a wide range of surfaces.

  • Joining technique that allows polymer materials to be welded together at room temperature with the use of a solvent. Resulting bonds are clean, strong, fluid tight, and less sensitive to thermal cycling than adhesive-bonded joints.

  • Millions of extremely small bubbles produced using ultrasonic waves, effectively clean all surfaces including any grooves, channels or crevices. It removes contaminants and residues without compromising the surface of the part or mold.

  • Process of joining plastic injection molded pieces together using special adhesives that are cured under UV light. UV light curing adhesives can cure in as little as a second and some can withstand harsh temperatures.

  • Process of joining plastic injection molded pieces together using a combination of high-frequency sound waves and pressure. This process is clean, precise, and fast. It allows for complex pieces to be welded together without bolts, nails, adhesives, or soldering techniques.
